Testimonial: Over the past 25 years we bought several properties and used several large RE agencies – Coldwell Bankers, Prestigious Properties and Century 21. Our last purchase through ERA was the best experience ever; very professional agents, thorough, not pushy and absolutely patient with a buyer who often did not know which way to go. The agent, Kathryn Brown, took initiative in sending updates what was going on in the market, which is critical with an international purchase. The best part, however, was the experience after the purchase and sale was signed. In all previous transactions we practically did not hear or did not see the agents any more because the deal was done for them. In the case of ERA, the communication and assistance of the agent continued and actually intensified after the purchase. We could not stay in the house after the closing because the water supply did not work. The agent let us stay in her flat. She helped us to push through outstanding items with the attorneys, recommended or arranged trades people for necessary fixes. Dealing with ERA and its personnel was not the usual indifferent and detached buyer – agent experience, it was a process of building a professional and at the same time very human and warm long-term relationship.
