Kathryn Brown has lived and worked in Turks and Caicos Islands since 2000 and has extensive knowledge of Real Estate on the islands. Andrew Newlands is chairman and founder of ERA Coralie Properties Ltd. He has over 20 years experiences of dealing with Turks and Caicos Islands Properties including supervising the construction of homes and subdivision development. Andrew is also an attorney at law and a Chartered Accountant and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to advising ERA clients on real estate matters. Jim Brown arrived in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1974 in South Caicos where he purchased his first properties! Then in 1978 he started developments in Providenciales. It has been an amazing experience to see the Islands grow and be a part of it along the way. Jim was a developer – contractor from Canada and worked to promote close ties between the two countries. After several development projects here in Providenciales Jim is now a real estate agent which continues to give him a chance to tell the stories to anyone who will listen! Jim is the top ERA Top Sales Associate for the last 4 years and member of the Multi Million Dollar Club. Dedra was born in Middle Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands, she and her family reside in Providenciales.
She joined the ERA team in early 2006 as office manager and has since also taken on the duties of a sales agent. Tamara is native to the Turks and Caicos Islands, born and raised in Providenciales.
Tamara is a graduate of Land Economy and Valuation Surveying from the University of Technology in Jamaica, returning to Turks and Caicos in the spring of 2010.
